Account and billing questions
How do I sign in?
Sign-in is passwordless. Enter your email and we'll send a 6-digit code. Enter it to sign in, no password to remember. You can also continue with Google or Apple.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
If you subscribed on the web, sign in and open the Account menu (top right) → Manage subscription to change plans, update your payment method, or cancel. If you subscribed in the iOS or Android app, manage it in your device's App Store or Google Play subscription settings. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?

What does A2 CIPLE Prep do?
